The Senior Leadership Team of KAUST is committed to protecting the health and safety of all community members, as well as the environment.  As members of the KAUST community, we value our people and the place we live and work.

We strive to be a safe and environmentally responsible organization in an effort to protect our community, enhance our reputation, and contribute to our future success. All community members have a responsibility for ensuring that KAUST is and remains a safe place to live and work. The Health, Safety and Environment Department provides consultation and services to assist in that process.  

We provide advice on the safest and most environmentally friendly way of undertaking all activities and provide oversight of all programs and services to ensure the proper safeguards are in place.
