Lab Safety Representative Service Certificate Program

In order to acknowledge the time and work that is involved in being a Lab Safety Representative, the Department of Health, Safety and Environment is offering the Lab Safety Representative Service Certificate. For those LSRs that are interested, the criteria for obtaining it is the following:

• Complete at least two years of service as an LSR (for the same or different laboratories in KAUST).
• Obtain the Research Safety Certificate.
• Attend 75% of the Lab Safety Forums during service.

As a Thank You, LSRs that obtain the Certificate will also receive a 200 SAR gift card. Once you have met the criteria or if you have any questions about this program, please contact Research Safety.
